Jenkies' Joint | Orbisonia, PA

It was quite the celebration today down at a brand new business located in Orbisonia, PA. Jenkies' Joint, a new coffee shop and laundry mat, just opened recently and I had the privilege of joining in on the grand opening celebration. Arriving at this unique little shop I was immediately greeted by the owner, Eric Jenkins. He has so much excitement and drive that I could see first hand how much effort him and his family have put into this new venture.

There is a small menu loaded with some great eats. I ordered a Chai Tea and a pulled pork bagel slider. Both were delicious and Chai Tea is one of my favorite drinks to order so they definitely did not disappoint in that area. I was able to sit and eat my meal at one of their tables in a very low-key, enjoyable atmosphere.

Did I mention they have laundry services? This is such a great idea for anyone local who needs to wash some laundry and grab a bite to eat. Bring a good book or a laptop and you're all set! While looking around the establishment I noticed a local artists work hung on the walls and I loved the fun vibe from each one! The owners Eric and Amanda are so full of good energy and enthusiasm. Seeing this family happy and excited about all of this truly showed me how important it is to support these local small businesses and reaffirmed my love for capturing these moments and places. I cannot wait to visit again!
